Ozzie Sweet Photography

Ozzie Sweet was a great photographer.  His photos graced the covers of over 1,700 magazines during his illustrious career.  His photos often appeared on the cover of Sport Magazine.  Here are twelve of his best pictures of Mickey Mantle.

Frank Bauman was a photographer for Look Magazine.  These photos were taken on April 26, 1951, less than a week before Mantle's first major league home run.  These images appeared in the August 22, 1952 edition of Look Magazine.
